Returns & Refund Policy – Canadian RTI Cabinets
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because our cabinets are pre-assembled and made to order, please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of pickup or delivery.
- Items must be in resalable condition — meaning:
- No installation has been attempted
- No damage, scratches, or missing components
- Cabinets must be returned fully assembled as received
- Returns are subject to inspection and approval.
- You must request a return authorization by emailing us at info@canadianrticabinets.ca with your order details and photos of the item(s).
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Return Shipping or Drop-Off
- Customer is responsible for returning the cabinets to our warehouse at their own cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Cabinets that have been installed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Custom modifications or special requests, or the cabinet styles, colors that are not listed on our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We’ll work with you to repair, replace, or refund the affected item(s) as quickly as possible.
